Weatherization: Weatherization programs are designed to lower your utility bills and increase year-round comfort in the home. 

Senior Home Repair: Minor Home Repair Services are available at no cost to seniors age 60 or over throughout San Luis Obispo County and the Santa Maria Valley. 

Utility Assistance: CAPSLO operates the federal HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) for San Luis Obispo County.  HEAP assists low-income households with a once a year payment toward their utility bills (gas, propane, or electric).
