The 2-1-1 Community Outreach Project ensures that individuals and families can call 2-1-1 for comprehensive referrals to available, local support and services.
The Adult Day Center focuses on providing respite to family caregivers and a quality, social model day care program for adults with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive impairments.
Staffed by a Registered Nurse, the program provides free preventative and maintenance health screening, education, and referrals for adults at community sites located throughout San Luis Obispo County.

The Center provides free to low-cost family planning services and reproductive/sexual health services to men, women, teens, and undocumented individuals. Menopausal Services are also offered. We accept CenCal.
CAPSLO operates the federal HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) for income qualified San Luis Obispo County residence. HEAP assists low-income households with a once a year payment toward their utility bills (gas, propane, or electric).
